I recently switched to SureWest E Mail, was not having this problem w/sbcglobal. SureWest checked out all security setting related to their E Mail and said it was a Microsoft problem and when Microsoft updated, it must have added some new security blocks. I tried calling Microsolft w/the number surewest gave me--1-888-772-4357 and I only get busy signal for over an hour.
