Problem logging in. Windows Live ID profile with country/region RRS feed

  • I can no longer login to the Live Desktop. The web site asks me to update my live ID profile with a country/region before it will allow me to login. I added the requested info but the same message keeps blocking me.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    BTW: synchronization still works...

  • Ah got it! I had to delete ALL history (uncheck the top option in IE 8 (Preserve))

  • Also: I tried to delete the browser history as suggested in other threads... no dice.
