    Very often, port forwardig fails. As soon as I reboot my rooter, this becomes available again.
    What can I do to get rid of the issue?

    Replace your router; it's a router issue.
    I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)

    I thought so. Any reliable models that haven't shown issues like this?

    Any router that supports manual port forwarding should be fine. (And I've never seen one that didn't support it, somehow.) I find UPnP port forwarding to be less than reliable in general, though many swear by it...
