Accidentally, permantely deleted files - Can I recover them?

  Hi everybody! 

  I would deeply appreciate any help you have. I wanted to free up space on my computer. So I went to the C drive where I found ''One Drive'' that was taking upp about 100 GB of space. I thought all that was in the One Drive folder were doubles of other things. So I decided to delete the whole folder. But unlucky as I was, it also deleted almost everything on my Desktop. So everything that was important for me as in Premiere Pro files, Screenplays etc, everything is now deleted permanently. 

  I tried programs like Recuva, and followed some stuff online, but none of it worked. Just wondering is there any way I can recover these files? Thank you!
