Sharepoint and emails, not so good RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,
i'm working with MOSS 2007, i've to create an E-mail service that would be similar to "mysql Eventum" .
I've succesfully setup smtp and pop3 server on windows server 2003 r2 and all is working good.
I've also created a new list, called "received emails", where i can receive emails coming from outside, to my address  helpdesk@domain.com and sharepoint saves these emails on the site without problems.

The problem is that i can't find a button or a fuction with wich i can answer to received emails on the sharepoint list.

    for example:

i receive a new email from aaa@bbb.com intitled: "hello world"
this email is saved on sharepoint list called "received emails" that has a corrisponding email address "helpdesk@domain.com.
But from here i can't answer directly to this email like "re:hello world", sender helpdesk@domain.com
I've to create a new mail with outlook, copy the title, the message body and answer from there, but is not good thing.
is it possible in sharepoint to answer directly from its list?
    Thank you in advance
