Error on creating users on CRM 2011 RRS feed

  • Hi All

    CRM 2011, with UR 1 applied.

    We imported a CRM 4.0 organisation which upgraded successfully. As soon as the upgrade is finished, we tried to add a new user. It allows us to create the user and hit the save button, but we immediately get a license error.

    The additional detail shows the following:

    Unhandled Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault, Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk, Version=5.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35]]: SecLib::RetrievePrivilegeForUser failed - no roles are assigned to user.     Following this , we are unable to log into CRM at all, with the license error appearing immediately.
