Media Player 11 will not activiate RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have tried many times to validate my updated windows player. My computer validates fine, passes all tests, etc.  But every time I start the Media player, it says to validate. I get a screen that has a few buttons including one that says "cancel" and one that says "validate." Both buttons are dead and can't be clicked. When I try to roll back the media player in unistall I get the exact same screen. This is driving me crazy.

Here is the diagnostic info on my system.
