Cant activate my subscription to Live OneCare(paid using VISA) RRS feed

  • What should I do to activate my paid subscription. I can add a PC. HELP.

  • If you paid for a subscription with a credit card, you used a LiveID to create the subscription. Upon completion of the activation process, the first PC should have received the activation information from the servers. If you completed activation and it still does not reflect the subscription after 24 hours, please contact OneCare support -

    If you have successfully activated, and you now wish to add another PC, simply install OneCare on the 2nd or 3rd PC from http://onecare.live.com and activate/subscribe using the same LiveID you originally subscribed with.
