Tracking mail with attachments

Tracking fails with the following error mesasge: The message was saved as a CRM Record without all of the original attachments. One or more attachments were blocked or invalid.
This fails for all mails with attachments > about 7 Mb.

I've already changed that to 20.000 kilobytes. What more can we do?

Did you check the list of blocked attachment types on the same page as the maximum size?

Just to correct my previous post: the list of blocked attachments is found in system settings but on a different tab from th e one on which maximum e-mail size appears.

I'm just trying to add a .bmp or .doc file. It's not listed in the exceptions.
