    You have two problems.
    You have an OEM_SLP License for Windows installed on what appears to be a retail motherboard.
    You have an installation of Office Enterprise which, unless you acquired it through your college or employer is a counterfeit.
     
    You should purchase a legitimate full retail license for Windows and use the Key from that to make the current system genuine (or do a reformat/reinstall with genuine media and Key)
    You should also check your Office license, and either purchase a legal copy, or reinstall as necessary.

  • Unfortunately, you have a counterfeit copy of Windows 7 Home Premium installed.  You'll need to purchase a genuine "Full Version" edition of Windows 7 Home Premium and perform a "clean install".  Genuine Windows 7 is available for purchase from the convience of the Microsoft Store.
