unsaved changes for programmatically created contact

Working with CRM 2011, on premises, with C# extensions.

If I create a new Contact programmatically, it seems to work aok. If I then open that new entity record and then try to close it, CRM says I have unsaved changes, click "Leave this page" without saving or "Stay on this page".

I have changed nothing, just opened the Contact.

Can someone explain what's going on here and what I can do to fix this problem?

maybe there is some javascript code inside the onload event that change some values?

There are possibilities where there is some code onload which is not checking FormType and auto populating some of the field may be setting some lookup value., Check out for JS code.
