External DNS Sonfusion RRS feed

  • Question

  • Can someone tell me if I am understanding this correctly.  When an external (non federated) user attempts to connect to a live meeting, the user gets the SRV record from an external DNS that they point to (or on up the chain until they reach a DNS that has the SRV entry).  So, when configuring external DNS entries, what the documentation is realy saying is that you must ask your ISP to configure these SRV (and A records) in their DNS... is that correct ?
