Profile still not live despite acadfb saying it is, not answering my email. RRS feed

    Thank you for contacting us regarding your author profile. Newly created author profiles and author profile edits must be processed in the database and pushed to the live site. We are working to resolve any technical issues that may impact this process; however, we can confirm that the request to create your profile was submitted and once the batch requests are processed will be appearing on the live site.
