Hi, it seems the email quoted below, sent several weeks ago in response to an e-mail by acadfb was lost AGAIN.
Can you please sort the situation once and for all my publications are still attributed to someone else and I have
no way to FIND my new profile, since it does not have any publication associated with it. I also do not appear in my
institution page:

My "profile" still is not "live" as you claimed almost two weeks ago. My publications
are still attributed to someone else I have now way to find the URL of my new profile.
I signed in with my microsoft account and do not see any profile, nor can I find it
under my institution page. Here are my details AGAIN, please do answer me the
following questions:
- what is the URL to my profile (that you claim you created)
- how long will it take for my profile to appear in ms academic

Last name: Nguyễn
Native name: Kim Nguyễn
The "ễ" (lowercase e with circumflexe and tilde can be produced with the
xml entity: ễ for web pages). If it is not available, please use a
plain lowercase "e" instead, giving: "Nguyen" for my last name.
