Virtual Business Cards not working

Question
-
Has Microsoft VirtualBusinessCard completely? Earlier it used to say it's temporarily unavailable and enhancement are being made (as stated in this thread), but it has been long time now and the temporary unavailability message is also gone. Has it been shut down?
Thanks!

Oh, I'm sorry! The Virtual Business Card is obtained by clearing certifications though.
Please give me a link to appropriate forum then.
Thanks!
