  Microsoft has not confirmed that offline support for the mobile client application will be provided within any particular timescale. They have indicated that they do intend to include this feature in a later release, but no release date has been confirmed.

  If you need offline support, ability to include web resources (for mapping, photos, etc.), then you might want to consider a third-party mobility app such as CWR Mobility or Resco.
