Can't download application from store in Emulator

  Actually I am taking part in a microsoft event (Code.fun.do) . I have to make an application. now my application is dependent on third party messaging app like whatsapp. but for testing when I tried downloading whatsapp in the emulator from store. it showed error 80070002. actually any app could not be downloaded from store.. I even tried updating pre-installed skype. it also showed the same error. I have visual studio 2015 community  and windows 8.1.  please help me out..
