    Hi
    I am new to crm and now our company is trying to enhance the web site and when a Customer clicks the submit button it should go to the crm and generate something to let the top guys (of the corresponding option) to know that there is an e-mail for them and also to check whether he is a previous Customer and things like that. I am the one to configure the crm .
    1. What all things should I need to do?
    2. Can I find any similar situation or is there a web site where I can get more info.
    Please guys help me with this ...The project is due this month

    i think before we can help you, you will have to let us know what kind of CRM software are you running?

    i believe from your description you will want the CRM to be able to send an email to someone when something is submitted?

    We are having the On premise for professional group CRM.Yes I want CRM to send e-mail to the corresponding people in the sales, Marketing Dept ets...When the Submit button in the Company website is clicked.

    who is the vendor or company for your on-premise CRM?
    you will have to check with them if they have interfaces for you to subscribe events or if not, if they allow code modifications to their product so that you can do manual linkage.
