windows installer KB893803-v2-k86.exe

  I tried Lori's  suggestion from a previous answer but didn't work with vista ultimate. when I try to install windows installer kb893803-v2-x86.exe it tells me not enough storage.  Not in Safe mode and have over 450GB room on HD .....so that is not the problem. any ideas with this

  Also tried giving systems permission...
