When you proceed through the support path per the FAQ, http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2421771&SiteID=2, once your subscription status has been validated you should have the option to call support. If it can't validate your subscription, you're left with the email option.
In your email support submissions, did you get case numbers noted? If so, please post them and I'll have them checked out.
Can you sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com and verify the status of your subscription?
What version of OneCare are you on? V1.6 or v2...
How did you renew originally, and how did you renew the second time? You can't have made two credit card purchases for renewal and have been successful for the same LiveID. Or, I should say that this should not be possible and I'd sure be interested what the Billing site shows for your subscription expiration.
Assuming that your subscription is good, I suggest uninstalling OneCare and reinstalling and activating with your subscription LiveID. if you actually made two purchases under different LiveIDs, you will need to contact support to cancel one and get a refund.
