    Hi all,

    currently I need to configure email router in CRM 2015 but my client using IMAP for incoming mail. do you have any idea to configure that in CRM 2015 ?

    Hi Michael,

    I don't think that's supported currently. This excerpt is from TechNet Article

    "Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) email servers are currently not supported with server-side synchronization or the Email Router"
