    i have had a problem reloading the beta software on 64bit vista laptop. i need help with the download site and any updated patches.

    I can't confirm, but I believe that the beta download has been disabled at this time, so sit tight until the final is released. According to the press releases, it was supposed to be released yesterday, 11/15, but there has apparently been a delay. I would expect to see the final very soon.
