Would you mind clarifying a bit what is happening? Are you signing into the Live Mesh software on your computer (the notifier in the taskbar notification area)? Or are you trying to sign in to your Live Desktop inside a browser? If the latter, please try deleting your browser's cookies, then signing in again. If the former, please provide additional information. Do you see any error messages? Does the notifier just keep saying "Signing into Live Mesh" without making progress?
Once I know a bit more about what's happening we can figure out where to go from there.
