Does the OCS 2007 Conferencing Add in tool for Outlook work in Outlook 2003

  I can download the Outlook Addin for OCS 2007 from http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA102368901033.aspx. But that page does not indicate whether this add-in works with Office 2003 and therefore with Outlook 2003?
