.net 4.7.2, any equivalent of dotnet.exe ? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

Please excuse if this is a dumb question. I am a newbie to .net. currently working on a project which is targeted for .net 4.7.2.

Using the xUnit for Unit tests.I was looking for a generic way to start these tests from command line

There seems to be a way to do it in .Net core using the "dotnet  test" from command line.

Is there an equivalent command for .net 4.7.2

    Any response is appreciated.

    Best Regards

  • Hi Anivs,

    Thank you for posting here.

I note that xUnit is a third-party product, unfortunately we don't provide support for third party products in the forums, so questions specifically related to using the third party API, and you'll need to post in xUnit forums.

The CLR Forum discuss and ask questions about .NET Framework Base Classes (BCL) such as Collections, I/O, Regigistry, Globalization, Reflection. Also discuss all the other Microsoft libraries that are built on or extend the .NET Framework.

    Thank you for your understanding.
