What antivirus software do you use on your Home Server? RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • Hi everyone,

This isn't a problem question, per se. I'm curious about what everyone
is using for their Antivirus software on Windows Home Server. And links
to the product, if you have them are appreciated.

Please understand that this isn't meant to start the "that antivirus is
____..." posts or "You shouldn't have your Home Server facing the
Internet, so you shouldn't need an antivirus." posts. If you don't use
one, please either say "I don't use one" or don't reply. And if someone
doesn't use one, don't chastise them for their choice. This is just
intended to be a compilation of the available antivirus software options
    and their links.

Thanks, and have a great day:)
    Patrick.

  • I don't use one.

Unlike all my other machines, the WHS box isn't used to communicate with the outside world, aside from Microsoft updates.  I perhaps naively figure I'm safe behind the router.

  • I use Vipre for the WHS and all my PCs. They have a site license available, Link http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Home-Home-Office/
