Intermittent Black Screens

I'm getting random black screens that last for 2-5 seconds at a time. It doesn't make any difference if I'm actively doing something or not, and it seems to be happening more often.

Event Viewer is showing the Source as ESENT, Event ID 642, Task Category General, at about the times that this is happening.

Win 10 Pro. Latest update build. Any troubleshooting ideas I can try?
