This comuter was installed with original windows xp untill 8th october 2007. But due to curreption of ntoskrnl.exe I could't boot this computer. I contacted with HP Maintenace section they told to provide original windows XP but our office is purchesed this computer centralized stores and original Window XP CD was not provided at present this CD cannot traceble due to frequecunt chnages of storesmen. As such this computer having vvry important information which is very urgent in nature I have no other go to get the information I loaded with priacy Windows XP. Since I am having all the information like product No. Srl. No. and orginal Windows Product Key No. There you are requested send your advice how to get my orginal Windows XP. Very eagerly waiting for your reply.
