Hi,
Thank you for posting here.
Did you try to use the following method to change the icon?
1.right click or press and hold the shortcut whose icon you want to change. Then, select Properties
2. Go to the Shortcut tab and press the Change Icon button 3. In the Change Icon window, you have a list with the icons that come with the application or icons included in Windows. Here you can select the icon you wish to use. Click or tap the Browse button to find the icon you just downloaded.
4. Select the file which contains the new icon and click or tap Open
I don't think that your issue is related to development issue, I will move the case to off-topic forum.
Best Regards,
Hart

Hi Hart
Thank you for your reply.
But I need to have the same icon as in "Uninstall or change a program" list.
In this case, we do not run a program, we just click "Uninstall" context menu item.
Can we change the icon in this case?

I try to uninstall my computer application on windows 10, the Chrome and android, notepad++, the same icon always is shown, I think that it is default icon.

I can not reproduce this.
I have a suggestion.
All data of "Uninstall or change a program" list is in the registry, for example:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\0076C0A639AEC2738817CDFC311D064A\InstallProperties
And there is UninstallString field which contains the command line for an uninstall operation. And if we want to see our icon in "User Account Control" window then it should be in an exe file which is run in that command line.
Is it correct?
