    Hello,

    I continuously getting the JsProvider.ashx error from my outlook client in Account entity. This issue is coming after CRM 2013 upgrade. Please help me to resolve the issue.

    Try to clear out temporary internet files in IE. Restart the Outlook and give a try again.

    Do you face the same issue while working with other browsers and not from Outlook?

    I tried clearing cache and restarted the outlook, still getting the issue.

    Error is coming only in Outlook client, not in other browser.

    Exactly the same issue, and there is not any customizations on the form.
