  • You can configure that in the CRM Outlook plugin. By default, I believe it only does Contacts that are owned by the individual. This is configurable.

  • I was hopeful something changed in CRM 2013 and it did it by default now. Oh well. :) Thanks for the link; that's a good workaround.
