off topic - FrontPage 2003

  I prepared a website online with FrontPage 2003.  I tried to publish  to C drive and also E Iomega portable hard drive with 250 BG.  It will start, and then the screen goes back and the computer reboots.  Any suggestions.  Thanks  Ruth
