Problem with register examin

  I trying register exam on my account but when exam page redirect me to login.microsoftonline.com/ i got error:
  "The selected user does not exist in the "Microsoft Services" tenancy and can not access the "b9c392b1-7049-4d6c-86bf-9bb91214900d" application on this lease. First, you must add an external user account in the lease. Use a different account"
  some one know how to resolve this problem or where i should write (email address) ?
