ASP Warning on CRM server RRS feed

  • Hello there,

    We have a customer that is running CRM 4.0 (Update Rollup 7). The users are having intermiten performance issues. When I check the event viewer in the app server I can see the warnings below logged every few minutes:

  • The above appear to be different errors, some are related to actions attempted on Invoices and some appear to be attempted delete errors. 

    If the users are experiencing performance issues, I would begin with a review of the CRM Optimization document and take whatever action is suggested.  You can also look to ensure the hardware, ram and other infrastructure exceeds minimum requirements.  If those changes do not improve performance, then you will most likely need to troubleshoot the individual issues by checking for network connectivity problems, looking at the user machine event viewer for errors, running sql profiler, etc.
