Update Rollup 13 for email router

Am I missing something or is there no update rollup 13 for the email router??? While the boilerplate text within the KB article clearly mentions the email router, I see no link to download the file from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=406e6247-873b-4db0-8a25-3f041b066844&displaylang=en

The file names for the 32-bit versions of the update rollup packages are as follows:

CRMv4.0-KB2267499-i386-Server-<var>LangID</var>.exe
CRMv4.0- KB2267499-i386-Client-<var>LangID</var>.exe
CRMv4.0- KB2267499-i386-Router-<var>LangID</var>.exe ?????????????????????????????????????????
CRMv4.0- KB2267499-i386-DMClient-<var>LangID</var>.exe
CRMv4.0- KB2267499-i386-SRS-<var>LangID</var>.exe
CRMv4.0- KB2267499-i386-MUI-<var>LangID</var>.exe

But the KB does mention several fixes for the email router in rollup 13, like this one:

2308072 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2308072/ ) Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 E-mail Router cannot resume to process email messages after Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 E-mail Router encounters an issue

And the KB also states that this is a cumulative update that includes all the fixes for the issues that are documented in previous updates... So whether or not anything is fixed in the email router this time, shouldn't there always be an exe for it?

Could someone please explain what I'm missing?

We found a problem with the UR13 Email router package soon after it was released, Ashwin, so it was pulled from the Microsoft Download Center. A new Email router package is being tested now and will be propagated to the Download Center when testing is complete. Please check the Update Rollup 13 Download Center page periodically for its re-release. Thanks!
