    I use Outlook in my office all the time. Two of the things I have always found that would be helpful are:

    1) Once you search a string, if there was a recursive search that searches within the result for another string?

    2) If the emails can be sorted in the order of "not read" or "un-opened" emails.

    Now sure how to send these suggestions to Microsoft development so this is my first attempt. It is not easy to figure out how to send  suggestions on their software on the Microsoft site.
