WHEN I INSTALL VB6 IT SHOW THE ERROR THAT

"SETUP WAS UNABLE TO CREATE A DCOM USER ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO REGISTER 'C:\Program Files (x86)\microsoft visual studio\common \tools\VS-Ent98\

Vanalyzr\valec.exe"

please help me to solve this problem
