    Is there a way to download  the MS LCDS package with out registering? I cannot get past the Unknown error" An unknown error occurred while processing your request. This is most likely due to a connection failure. Please try again." My connection is godd as I can do everything except that. Any thoughts?

    I restarted my system, got into windows 7 and used Chrome to get access to the site and get the download. It must be an issue with an open port not being open in IE. Answered.
