I have a store brought copy of win7 ultimate I have been running it for around a year now and just today it tells me its not a genuine copy.
I dont understand how this is when i brought it it was sealed and i had to crack the microsoft seal sticker on the pack.
after spending $200 on this copy it looks like i have to out lay another 260 to get a new product key I dont think so ill just change to a diffrent OS system.
not real happy when i had installed win7 it validated and every thing.
Any ideas plz help as i will not out lay more money to buy another copy of windows beeing a family of 6 i just dont have that kind of money laying around.

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
