Critical error

    Question

  • Hey there,

    I have Toshiba Satellite C55-B5270-Win 10 

    I get the message stating "Critical error: Start menu and Cortana aren't working. We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in."

    But when I sign out and sign in again there's the same message again.

    What should I do?

    I need to use my laptop on my daily bases, so please reply to my email asap.
