    i was at this page http://advertising.microsoft.com/publisher and when i look up to complete the form my country was not in that list at sellect country why ?
    i live in Romania we are U.E and still microsoft doesn`t consider us as a country we don`t deserve to fill out a form ?

    I will check in with the team that owns this form and see if I can find out why Romania is not included as a choice.
