Problems installing and setting up One Care RRS feed

  • I have just finished a 90 day trial of One Care and have purchased the product. I entered the code and received a confirmation email saying it was activated but was unable to continue as I received a message saying I am unable to complete at present due to network problems preventing connection to the service. I tried uninstalling the trial version of One Care which resulted in One Care saying I have two computers in my One Care circle both of which have the same name but one has the old expired trial and one the new subscription. I thought by deleting the computer it said had the trial I might fix the problem but no luck as it says unable to do this due to an error but doesn’t identify type of error!

    I tried to submit a request for service through an email and also through a phone message but only get a message that it can't be submitted due to an error, try again later. This message has been coming up each time for two days now.I don’t know what to do now. Needless to say I'm not very tech savvy!
