Disappearing multiple choice (correct answer) in multiple choice template

  This refers to LCDS 2.8.

  The Multiple Choice Template has five "bubbles" (1 to 5) to select the correct answer.  When you mouse down the page to the "bubbles", 4 & 5 disappear.  This means you can only have 1 to 3 be the correct answer.  Anyone else having this issue?  How to fix it?
