CRM email router/Outlook issue RRS feed

  • When I try via IE using the URL I get a 401.1 unauthorized error, but if I use the IP it works.

    When I try get the users in the email router I get a message that it can't contact the CRM instance

    Outlook can't connect either.

    Note: This is after re-installing CRM on a new server and loading a backup I had.
