Hi Everyone,
Microsoft adCenter will be unavailable during an upgrade this Saturday, July 14, beginning at 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time (18:00 P.M. GMT), and continuing for up to 14 hours. During this time, your current keywords and ads will continue to run normally; however, you will not be able to access adCenter.
Please make any needed changes to your account beforehand if possible.
After the scheduled maintenance, reporting may be delayed for up to 24 hours. On the adCenter Reporting tab please check the timestamp at the bottom of the page to see when the data was last updated.
Thanks!

Hi All
Please be aware that reporting may be delayed by up to 48 hours after the scheduled maintenance this Saturday.
This is the upgrade we mentioned a few weeks ago that includes a great new feature that you'll see after the maintenance on Saturday:
You'll be able to add negative keywords (a specific word or phrase that helps to prevent your ad from being displayed to customers who are unlikely
to click on your ad) at the campaign level so they apply to all the ad groups in the campaign.
Thanks

Hi Mel,
Thank you for this much needed feature, as it was impossible for us to implement negative keywords into our accounts and have let them run without. I work at an agency and found this blog just the other day. It has been very helpful, showing us new reports and features within the UI that we've never touched before. Curious, is it in the pipeline to creative a client center (like Google, sorry had to mention their name) AND add a row to the campaign summary page that totals all the metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, etc)??? These two simple additions would be extrememly useful and save us time.
Thanks, LMS

Hi LMS
Thanks very much for the positive response to our forum! - Check out also the adCenter Blog for all the latest news too.
Both your suggestions are features we've heard requested from customers before and as we continue to build new bells and whistles into adCenter requests like this should become a reality.
We'll keep you posted!
Regards
Mel

Sorry to say this, but I don't really understand why you think removing the ability to get any reports about advertising spend for 3 days is acceptable.
I think it is absolutely NOT acceptable to continue running adverts and leave the advertiser with no way of controlling them or of finding out their spending.
You need to sort out your systems better - you seem to believe it is OK because you keep doing it, in fact the more I think about it the angrier I get - I will have to look in your terms to see if you covered your ability to keep spending peoples money without providing any performance data or access to change bids.
