Whenever I restart my computer or have a power failure, etc. there is always a message (actually it comes up 3 times), that says: Please set registry Key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\.NETFramework\InstallRoot to point to the .NET Framework install location. That's
under .NET Wizard.
Under configuration the error message reads: MMC cannot initialize because the MMC installation or a portion of the registry is corrupted. You can attempt to fix the problem by running the following command:
regsvr32%SystemRoot%\system32\mmcndmgr.dll
I don't have a clue what this is or what to do. I have Microsoft Service pack 3
