I am having a problem that has only manifested itself within the last couple of days. When I try and add Azure nodes to the cluster, they are brought online in Azure and have the status Ready, but the state never switches from "provisioning" to "offline"
in the cluster manager. I have tried restarting the HPC Cluster Manager service, deleting and re-creating the azure hosted service and storage accounts.
Below is the provisioning log. The latest message is "Windows Azure operation succeeded". Is there any way to get more information about what the cluster is doing here and what is going wrong or not happening, some kind of more detailed log?
