  • Question

  • I do not want onecare to automatically renew; where do I turn off the automatic renewal feature.

I got a message that one care is set to automatically renew 2/15/09  which is yesterday but the message does not say that it was renewed on 2/15/09 but it is set to renew. How do I know if the software was renewed?

I do not want to use this software in the future.

Answers

  • To cancel automatic renewal

if you purchased your subscription with a credit card and you have your credit card on file with Microsoft Billing and Account Management, Microsoft will renew your subscription automatically on the renewal date.

    Or please contact support -

If you are billed for renewal, contact support to cancel the account and obtain a refund. Then reinstall and activate with a new LiveID and a retail key, which will never be automatically renewed.
