Azure Database with Unity3D

Question
-
Hello, I'm using Unity3D to create a VR app and in this app there is user name and password. Can I import the user names and passwords to a database using Azure and then link this database with Unity3D? Please if anyone has any resources regarding this or if you have any other suggestions tell me.
Thank youu.
