I recently purchased a new acer aspire 7520, and it has requested my product key, so as requested i entered my product key and it said the product key was wrong even though it is the key which is provided with the computer. So i dont know what to do can anyone help with suggestions.

The product key affixed to your computer is for Windows Vista (the operating system) and not for Microsoft Office. Please review the following:
