Parking appeal letter not sent

  Hi 

  NCP has said they have sent an appeal rejection letter and I ever received it in my Hotmail account. Can Hotmail help me with this as it was never received. I am due to pay quite a hefty fine if I cannot prove it was not sent. The company have sent me other emails that I have received but not the important appeal rejection one. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
